Stillness Edge is a suite of practices and wisdom that help individuals thrive in life. Thriving means engaging with every moment of life with enthusiasm, connection, creativity and equanimity.
Stillness Edge is the foundational element for a larger social initiative referred to as the Stillness Project. The larger mission is to create a million Thrivers through the simple practices of meditation, mindfulness, breathwork and gratitude.
Stillness Project is a social endeavor of Dr. Sai Krupa Sagar, Ph.D. After enjoying an illustrious 30-year career with software product development and IT services giants such as Motorola, Microsoft, Wipro, and Cognizant, Sai embarked on a quest to educate people about the art and science of meditation and mindfulness for a wholesome life of health, success, and fulfillment.
Sai has been a successful practitioner of mindfulness meditation since 2004. Since 2015, Sai has served on the board of Pyramid Valley International, an international meditation retreat, where he is a popular teacher, administrator, and leader. Beyond his engineering leadership expertise, Sai's favorite teaching areas include mindfulness meditation, breathwork, wisdom from neuroscience and positive psychology, and insights from scriptural texts like the Anapanasati Sutta and Yoga Sutras.
Having read over 1,500 books on these topics, Sai has experientially practiced the methods he prescribes. He has been conducting in-person and online workshops and retreats since 2017. Mentored and guided by Brahmarshi Patriji, the founder of Pyramid Spiritual Societies Movement, Sai's mission is to help millions cultivate a daily practice of stillness techniques.
